It is no secret that Bonkers loves Wild West Movies, either in terms of watching or actually starring in them, so when this big talking horse comes around that can either walk on 4 or 2 legs the toon instantly takes a liking in the grumpy fella. When the two of them even end up assigned as partners, it is like a dream come true for the little bobcat. Thirty oftentimes finds the little guy's antics a bit too much and reacts a little brashly, but Bonkers would always just grin in that playful, almost mischievous manner that you just can’t stay mad at. Deep down, the Equestroid cares for his ‘little pard’ though and despite knowing that Bonkers’s toon physics give him a lot of physical leeway he wouldn’t tolerate any crook putting him in harm’s way and will promptly introduce them to his ‘wife’ Sara Jane.
